Finora Rewards Store and Gift Cards: Purchase Workflow Explained
Reward catalogue availability can vary by item, country, stock and account eligibility. A listing is an invitation to review the current terms; it is not a promise that every reward is available to every user.
Complete user workflow
Step 1: Browse the catalogue
Open Rewards and review active items, current FNR cost, region, stock and any delivery notes.
Step 2: Open item details
Confirm denomination, eligibility, processing time, expiry and redemption conditions.
Step 3: Confirm the purchase
Finora checks the account balance and item availability before deducting the displayed virtual FNR cost.
Step 4: Track processing
The purchased-reward record may be pending while stock or admin checks are completed.
Step 5: Receive the result
An approved digital item can expose its redemption information through the protected purchase view.
Step 6: Use history and support
Keep the order/reference and contact official support if final status or code delivery does not match the order.

| Approved/delivered | Redemption information is available. |
| Rejected/refunded | The order did not complete and the displayed resolution applies. |
Before you continue
- Check country and stock restrictions.
