Finora Giveaways and Voucher Redemption: Complete Workflow
Giveaways and voucher redemption are separate actions. The Giveaways area helps users discover available reward opportunities; Redeem Giveaway Voucher validates a code and credits an eligible account.
Complete user workflow
Step 1: Browse Giveaways
Open the giveaway list and choose an available reward or campaign. Read the amount, capacity, dates and eligibility.
Step 2: Obtain an official code when required
A code may appear in an official Finora blog, task, campaign or announcement. Never buy a code from an unknown person.
Step 3: Open Redeem Giveaway Voucher
Use the separate redemption option rather than searching for a code inside the general giveaway list.
Step 4: Enter the code exactly
Preserve letters, numbers and any required formatting.
Step 5: Server checks eligibility
Finora validates activation, expiry, total usage cap, per-account usage and campaign rules.
Step 6: Receive and verify
A successful redemption creates one eligible FNR entry and a redemption log.
What each status means
| Status | Meaning and next action |
|---|---|
| Available | The campaign or voucher can accept eligible users. |
| Invalid | The code does not match an active voucher. |
| Expired | The redemption window ended. |
| Limit reached | The global or user usage cap was reached. |
| Redeemed | The account already received the eligible reward. |
Before you continue
- Use codes only from official sources.
- One voucher may support many users while still allowing one redemption per account.
- Do not share account credentials to obtain a code.
- Confirm the credit in transaction history.
Frequently asked questions
Is every voucher single-use?
Not necessarily. A campaign code can allow multiple eligible accounts while enforcing one redemption per account and an overall cap.
Why can another user redeem a code that I cannot?
Your account may have already used it or may not satisfy the campaign rule.
