Finora Profile and Privacy: Settings and Account-Control Workflow

Profile and privacy controls help keep the account accurate and reduce support or verification mismatches. Sensitive actions should always occur inside the official app or website.

Current-status rule: Features, limits and reward values can change. Always follow the values and availability shown in the current Finora app.

Complete user workflow

Step 1: Review profile details

Open Profile and check the displayed name, contact details, photo and account identifiers.

Step 2: Edit supported fields

Change only the fields the app marks as editable and submit accurate information. Some verified identifiers may require support review.

Step 3: Save and confirm

Wait for the server response, reopen the profile and confirm that the updated values are stored.

Step 4: Review privacy choices

Check notification, Telegram, device, advertising and other available preferences. Disable optional connections you no longer use.

Step 5: Protect sensitive information

Do not expose OTPs, passwords, identity documents, private redemption codes or full transaction details in public posts.

Step 6: Request deletion when needed

Use Delete Account, read what happens to access, pending actions and retained records, then complete the required confirmation.
