Finora Registration, Login, OTP and Account Security: Complete Workflow
A secure reward account begins with verified registration and controlled account recovery. This guide explains what the user does, what Finora checks, and what to do when an OTP or login attempt does not complete.
Complete user workflow
Step 1: Create the account
Open Finora, choose Sign Up and enter accurate account details. Use an email address and phone details you control because verification and recovery may depend on them.
Step 2: Verify the OTP
Enter the one-time code within its validity window. Use Resend only after the timer permits it; multiple rapid requests can invalidate an older code.
Step 3: Sign in on the device
Enter the registered credentials. Finora may record the device session so unusual access can be reviewed and protected.
Step 4: Complete the profile
Confirm the displayed name and other editable details. Profile information should remain consistent if a later verification step is required.
Step 5: Recover access safely
Use Forgot Password, complete the OTP check, create a new password and then sign in again. Never share an OTP or password with a person claiming to be support.
